Job Description
Job Title: Adminstrative Coordinator                                         
Status: Non-Exempt
Department/Group: Production                                                 
Travel Required: Yes
Positon Type: Full-Time                                                      
Salaried/Hourly: Salary 25,000.00 - 30,000.00

Position Summary / Purpose : 

We are seeking a qualified, ethusiastic, teachable individual who can join our team that will help to ensure smooth production flows and customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Master and utilize all company software to assist the Project Managers with job costing, scheduling, and ensure all clients a referral partners are regulary informed. 
  • Following company training schedule to ensure all technicians have completed and are proficient in areas of training that are required.  
  • Review contracts, pre-production and other paperwork from field technicians to ensure all files are complete. 
  • Communicate with clients to keep them up to date ad maintain top level customer service. 
  • Handle all other office tasks as they are assigned. 
Education Requirements: 
  • 2 - Year Associates Degree in Business or Accouting 
  • 4- Year Degree preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft programs
